WiBAS is a women-centric digital marketplace platform that connects women sellers with women buyers. It provides a safe, verified environment where women can showcase their products, build their brand, and grow their income. WiBAS is operated by H8 Techverse LLP.
WiBAS is exclusively for women (self-identified). You must be at least 14 years old, have a valid mobile number and email address, and self-declare as a woman during registration. The platform is designed specifically to empower women entrepreneurs and buyers.
Download the WiBAS app from the Google Play Store, open it, and tap "Sign Up." You'll need to provide your name, mobile number, email, and location (city/district). Verify your mobile number via Password, choose your account type (Buyer or Seller), complete the subscription payment, and you're ready to go!
WiBAS requires a one-time paid subscription to access full features. The subscription fee varies based on whether you register as a Buyer or Seller. Subscription is valid for 1 year and does NOT auto-renew — you'll need to manually renew after expiry.
Currently, WiBAS is available only on Android via the Google Play Store. We are working on bringing the app to iOS in the future. Stay tuned for updates!
No. WiBAS is an information and marketplace platform only. We do NOT guarantee employment, fixed income, or assured earnings. Your results depend on your individual effort, product quality, market demand, and other external factors.
After creating a Buyer account and subscribing, you can browse product listings, view seller profiles, and express interest in products. You'll be connected with sellers directly to finalize the transaction. WiBAS facilitates discovery — transactions happen directly between buyers and sellers.
While WiBAS verifies seller profiles, the quality, accuracy, and legality of products are the seller's responsibility. We encourage buyers to independently verify product details, ask questions to sellers, and check reviews before purchasing.
Return and exchange policies depend on individual sellers, not WiBAS. We recommend discussing return policies with the seller before making a purchase. WiBAS is not a party to buyer-seller transactions and cannot process returns.
When you express interest in a product, you'll be able to see the seller's contact information (name, location, and phone number) to communicate directly. You can reach out via the call now button.
Yes. WiBAS uses enterprise-grade security including encrypted data transfer (HTTPS/TLS), secure servers (Google Cloud), and PCI-DSS certified payment processing via Razorpay. Your personal data is handled as per our Privacy Policy and DPDP Act, 2023.
Create a Seller account, complete the subscription payment, and you can start listing products immediately. Simply upload product images, add descriptions, set prices, and choose categories. Your listings will be visible to all WiBAS buyers.
You can sell a wide range of products including handmade crafts, clothing, food items, accessories, home decor, beauty products, and more. Prohibited items include weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, and anything illegal under Indian law.
No. WiBAS operates on a subscription model. Once you pay the subscription fee, you can list max 10 products without any commission on sales. Transactions happen directly between you and the buyer.
Active subscribers can list products based on the plan they've chosen. The exact number of listings allowed is 10 Products. You can manage, edit, or delete your listings anytime from your seller dashboard.
To switch, you'll need to create a new account with a different mobile number and subscribe for the new account type. Alternatively, you can request account deletion and then re-register with the same number after your data has been deleted.
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. You can use UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and other supported payment methods. WiBAS does NOT store your card, UPI, or bank details — all payment data is handled by Razorpay (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified).
All subscription fees are non-refundable once payment is completed. Exceptions are only for technical errors (double charges) or fraudulent charges with proof. We recommend reviewing all features before subscribing. Refund processing takes 7-10 business days.
No. WiBAS subscriptions do NOT auto-renew. Your subscription is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. You'll receive a notification before expiry and will need to manually renew to continue using all features.
Go to Settings > Delete Account. Read the warning, enter your password, and confirm deletion. You can also email support@wibas.in with subject "Account Deletion Request." Please note: account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your data, listings, and subscription access will be lost.
Personal data (name, mobile, email, photos, listings) is deleted immediately. Backup data is purged within 30 days. Only anonymized transaction records are retained for 5 years as required by Indian Income Tax Act and GST compliance. Your personal identity cannot be linked to these records.
